Managing Difficult Conversations was an excellent course, enabling attendees, through role play exercises, to take an in-depth look at how their choice of words and body language can impact difficult conversations and the outcomes achieved. There was an option for role play exercises to be filmed as well as feedback from the group which provided a great opportunity to see how you come across and the perception others have of you. I personally found this extremely valuable and have a greater self-awareness; this, coupled with the tool box of useful techniques that Nadine provided will enable me to have a greater impact and influence in the workplace.

Nadine coached me as part of my two year leadership course with the UK Government Communication Service. I found her coaching techniques both innovative and effective in helping me understand the areas I needed to improve to become a better leader. Her assessments are always honest and frank, and her feedback is constructive and remarkably prophetic. "I attended the masterclass on 'Coaching for Managing Difficult Conversations' with Nadine in October 2019, as a very new inexperienced manager. Being on a course with 2 very experienced managers, one senior, I had concerns I was going to feel out of my comfort zone and a little intimidated, an environment which I am not often used to. This wasn’t the case however as Nadine creates an environment which makes you feel safe. Nadine was a fantastic facilitator and kept us all engaged from the beginning, I could have stayed for hours. I particularly enjoyed the role play as it allowed me to practise the scenarios which I have never experienced where I was lacking the confidence and fearing what could happen. This course is designed for all style's and levels as demonstrated in my session.
