The Impact of Coaching on Organisational Change

In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop for senior executive women I shared the similarities and the differences in the research from ICF (International Coaching Federation), HBR (Harvard Business Review) and CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) on the impact of coaching on organisational change. We explored the data used by organisations to measure coaching effectiveness and return on investment. Finally we reflected on the future of coaching and its future impact with digitalisation.
