According to the 2017 International Coach Federation Global Consumer Awareness Study, the most commonly cited outcome of coaching in relation to individual/team work performance is improved communication skills (42%), self-esteem/self-confidence (40%), increased productivity (39%). In this paper, I shared the case study of a secondary school that successfully established a coaching culture with all staff and how the Principal measured the benefits of coaching on all stakeholders (ROI). I showed how a useful model for building a coaching culture can be introduced in an organisation. The session included brainstorming ideas for a sustainable coaching plan incorporating the values of delegates, and aligning roles and accountabilities.
