Nadine has been my coach for nearly a year now. She is a great coach who has helped me step up from being a manager to becoming a leader. Nadine facilitated a Strategic Networking workshop for our department, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was thought-provoking and very insightful into how to improve my networking skills. I regularly consult Nadine in her capacity as an HR consultant and as a coach. Her knowledge is impressive. She is very analytical and solution focused. Nadine provided executive coaching to me as part of the UK Government Commercial Organisation (GCO) Development Programme. I really didn’t know what to expect or what I would gain from coaching but Nadine created a safe, non-judgemental environment enabling me to reflect on the areas I wanted to develop. I would totally recommend Nadine's difficult conversation masterclass. The day is full of practical tips, and thought provoking discussions and provides a useful framework within which to plan and have these important, yet challenging conversations. I had started new projects in the company, under a new manager, and had come to realise that I was quite aggressive when communicating ideas to my colleagues, especially with the complexity of remote working. Nadine helped me to think about how to resolve these issues. By asking me the right questions, she helped me find the answers, amongst them using different words and being less aggressive. I’ve developed a great relationship with my manager who now uses the work that I do as an example with colleagues around the world.
